Refund Policy

Our refund policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a refund. A pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the services. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you if the 30-day period has elapsed since your purchase.

Refund Requirements

To qualify for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

  1. Your account must be in good standing.
  2. The service must not have been used.

We reserve the right to deny the refund request if the above conditions are unmet.

Additional Services

Additional services, custom work, or technical support are non-refundable, as our time cannot be recovered.
